"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Here's an irreverent brief guide to the series.

Heh, that's a fun site. I can now say definitively that I've only seen eps with the Dr. portrayed by Tom Baker (mostly these) and Peter Davidson (a few of these). The only reason I couldn't say this before is that I had no idea which names to attach to the two faces.

Well, aside from the current, of course. Which, have I mentioned, I love CE? I have? Well, OK, then.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Pity they haven't updated that site to include the new Who.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I noticed they left in a span of time between not only the last ep with the villain from this ep, but between the previous two-parter.

Handy gaps like that are useful for fanfiction and scriptwriting wiggle room.

the new Who

Wow, that earwormed me with "....the New Zoo Revue..." The mind is a scary place that is often quite random. I did love that odd little show with the big-ass puppety things, though. (Hmmm, the seeds were sown early for my love of Farscape.)

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Hasn't there been a fair amount of implied space dotted here and there? She's gaining a fair amount of knowledge offscreen.

From the tvcream site:

Although the movie bagged 9 million or so viewers in the UK, it stunk out the place in the USA. As such we were denied a series that probably would have been packed-to-bursting with crap things like 'story arcs'.

You are probably right. I guess this was just obvious enough for me to notice.
