Well, I figure if Starbuck wants an abortion, Starbuck obtains one. But unless they're okay with sending pregnant women into firefights, they're losing their best fighter pilot for months.

Are they ready, resource-wise, to start repopulating? That might be another issue, while they're still in flight.
You could definately make that argument (in a large-scale sense), which is why any sort of pro-procreation program would be rather dumb, but I would be worried about an age range of maybe even 10 years in which there are almost no people, and you may not be replacing the people dying off.

Having both Boomers pregnant would be amusing. (And kind of make sense, in a let's assume that the Boomer model of Cylon was created for that purpose.)

Dr. Who ep 9+: I cannot see how it couldn't with Jack on board. Some of just the looks he gave last week. Not to mention the, you know, text.
