Those are going to be some rowdy kids. Who's the poor sod who runs the daycare center? Most of the people on that list would just give up and shoot 'em.
'Smile Time'
Boxed Set, Vol. II: "It's a Cookbook...A Cookbook!!"
A topic for the discussion of Farscape, Smallville, and Due South. Beware possible invasions of Stargate, Highlander, or pretty much any other "genre" show that captures our fancy. Expect Adult Content and discussion of the Big Gay Sex.
Whitefont all unaired in the U.S. ep discussion, identifying it as such, and including the show and ep title in blackfont.
Blackfont is allowed after the show has aired on the east coast.
This is NOT a general TV discussion thread.
Just watched Dr. Who 27x10.
Non-spoilery quotes:
"I'm really glad that worked. Those would have been terrible last words."
and
"I think we ought to initiate emergency protocol 4-1-7."
Jolly good.
I should have known it would have a lot of gay references when the alert was " mauve. "

Hmm. Tara, Kaylee, Simon and Harry. And maybe Jonathan and Julian. And occasionally Book.
I don't think Simon's good with kids in general; he's too shy.

Spoilers if you haven't seen the eps.

Hmm. But I think he might be good with his own kids. And he's hella patient, we know that.
...and actually, when it comes to things he's confident with (like doctoring), he's not shy...hmm. No, I stand by it. He wouldn't make a children's TV presenter, but I think he'd be patient, and difficult to faze, and be good with the wild and whacky rationales that small people have.
On the other hand, we could assign him to Pampering Fay duties...
Article on the actor who played Jack who appeared in the two-parter (#9 and #10) of the new Dr. Who:
OK, seriously, they need to stop naming characters Jack. My first thought on reading this was that the actor who played Jack (O'Neill) as a teenager was going to be in eps 9 and 10 of Dr. Who. Then I clicked on the link, and I thought, um, unless he's really aged a lot... And then I read and realized - plays a guy named Jack on Dr. Who. Which, again, too many Jacks.
Puts a whole new spin on "Playing with Jacks."
Or Jacking off.
...what?
Next Boxed Set thread must have some reference to 'Jack.' That is all.
