I like books. I just don't want to take on too much. Do they have an introduction to the modern blurb?

No, I don't think I will - me, quoting Captain Steve Rogers, to all of 2020

Partway through Chapter Three now. Spending the day on the couch with nothing to do but write sure does help.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Now, this is not The Official Announcement, because that is waiting on signed contracts and whatnot. But my editor* said I could go ahead and tell my family and friends, sooooooo ...

I have a book deal! HarperCollins is going to publish a Gothic Charm School book in 2009!

Like I said, this is not The Official Announcement, so don't tell complete strangers, alert the press, or anything, okay? But yes, zomg, book deal!

That's wonderful, Jilli! Congrats and yay!

Our wings are not tired.

Wow, I am tremendously excited for you Jilli! I think it's a fantastic idea for a book, too.
