Because books.

I always wondered why NaNoWriMo was in November. It's such a busy month. January is perfect for something like that, really.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I know. January would be great for NaNoWri.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I'm committed to too many other resolutions to take on a NaNoWriMo in January. I was thinking of doing something like that in March, though.

Because I'm sure to have lots of free time then. It's in the future.

Always Anti-fascist!

If my character got her finger broken, how long until it swelled?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

If my character got her finger broken, how long until it swelled?

I seem to recall mine swelling up within ten minutes, but that was back in '99, so it's been a fair bit.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

You know how information wants to free (paid)?

My book review of Monbiot's Heat wants to be 3,000 words.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

Isn't March NaNoEdMo?

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

I tried NaNoWriMo in November and there was no way. A calmer month would be better. Preferably one with 31 days. Or 40.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

New year, new drabble topic!

Challenge #138 (animals) is now closed.

Challenge #139, because it seems appropriate, is brand-new.

Always Anti-fascist!

That is so Delfonic of you, Tep. Or possibly Stylistic, but then aren't they all?
