Now we wait. Looks to be 95% positive. Only thing even remotely likely to bump it would be a superman candidate who also worked for their competition for 2.5 years. Not likely, but I'll celebrate when it's an offer on paper.

I'll have to go back and reread, Erin. I didn't make any notes at the time and now I can't remember if there was anything I thought could be a significant problem.
