Willow: Were there dolphins? Tara: Yes. Many dolphins at the pound. Willow: Was there a camel? Tara: There was the front of a camel. A half-camel.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

I've got a spoily drabble.

Should I post it whitefonted or just not at all?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Spoily for what? That sounds like fanfic.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Spoily for Serenity.

I guess it is. There's been ficc-y drabbles posted here, before, though.

I only remember the fairy tale ones, but I'm getting old.

It's down to consensus, I guess. I have no opinion.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

If you post, please to whitefont. I don't get to see the movie till Monday.

I'm about to be the first of my online Regency group to post a sex scene for critique.

t cries

I don't wanna go first! These things are hard to write, I don't know if mine are any good at all, and, dangnabbit, why did I end up the guinea pig? It's not like I had them jumping into bed with each other in Chapter Two!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Oh, I certainly wouldn't blackfont.

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

Debet, no opinion here, because I know virtually nothing about Firefly except a couple of very basic facts.

Susan, tell 'em that if they get too nasty about your sex scene, you'll hurt them.

Not having has never been the thing I've regretted most in my life. Not trying is.

I'm inclined to leave the spoilerage outside, since it is a open to all comers thread.

That works. And given that I don't think any of our books fade to black, I can always say something along the lines of blessed are the merciful, for they shall be shown mercy.

Crack your knuckles and smile evilly at them as you say it....

I'm pleased. Despite prepping for big party at chez Grabien tomorrow night (Aimee and Kristin and Nicole and Sail and Bev and the Zmayhems and Sparky and Lee and Maidengurl and KatieB and Matt and Beth and mart and all kinds of cool people!), and despite one of the worst MS exacerbations I've had a damned long time, I managed about eight pages on Cruel Sister, and sent it out to my WIP readers.

I'm about 200 words shy of 70K. Book should be finished this coming week. And then I'm into London Calling at lightspeed. And also the submission piece about Patrick Ormand.
