Hey, isn't it Monday? Aren't you Topic Master?

Quiet, you! I have to fully caffeinate my brain before I can come up with a topic....

Because books.

I have to fully caffeinate my brain before I can come up with a topic....

I vote for "caffeine".

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

from "Ginger's Rules of Order"

A motion for caffeine is always in order. It cannot be debated. It takes precedence over any other motion.

Because books.

I like Ginger's Rules of Order! I'm assuming there are by-laws about cabana boys in there...?

It really doesn't matter. It's just an opinion. Don't worry about it. Not worth the hassle.

He really has to be seen in motion. Stills fail to do him justice.

It's the chin. Much too much overt testosterone in there - also, his eyes look chilly to me, somehow. I get all my estrogen up on "you can't touch this, motherfucker!" when I see a jaw that square. The motion, alas, wouldn't help; John Wayne moved like the unholy spawn of a cheetah and a ballet dancer and he still made me want to bop him.

Yo! Topic maitresse! Here, more coffee for you. If I'm drabbling at all, it's going to be between slamming into WMGGW; a whole new diagnosis in the for JP to deal with, plus the Guitar from Hell....

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I LJ'd my outline, and am posting it here in case anyone is interested in seeing what I believe the completed project will look like.

This is such a lovely and surreal experience, and I want to thank everyone for being so generous with the support.

My book likes carrots

So does mine.

Always Anti-fascist!

I don't have enough to say about this current effort, but "Model Citizen" enjoys a carrot once in a while. Guess what great thing I get to do today! I get to e-mail Perfect Cousin and tell her imperfect me has written a book! (They're all gonna pass a stone. Sometimes I really love my life, just not for the reasons I want to.)

Okay, am now caffeinated. Drabble time!

Challenge #66 (driving) is now closed.

Challenge #67 is fire, or any related subject, like flames/burning/conflagration, etc.

I blame the weather for this topic. (No, southern Ohio is NOT on fire. It just feels like it.)

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

Allyson, the essay summaries look great! Personally, I'll buy a copy when it comes out.
