Stop means no. And no means no. So . . . stop.

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

oh joy! Oh Rapture ! I have a brain!

- no listing of fees - just a long list of services so the bargin is obvious

this is the inbetween part of the day. DH should be home soon, but I haven't heard from him. so should i do more boxes - watch tv - pick a different chore- slice ham and heat up the potatos gartin for dinner and hope for the best?

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

One alternative would be to list your services and ask, which of these would you like to NOT have. For some reason, people don't generally choose to reduce service.

Not really an option--the fee is the fee is the fee. The wedding coordinators discussed it, the pastor and the elders approved it, and I couldn't change it if I wanted to. Well, I could, but the change would apply to all weddings, and would have to be discussed and approved by the same group of people.

Now tagless for your comfort.

And that is all I can say about that without tipping over into incoherent rage.

Karl, that's about right. I'm doing my best to not let that rage show for Christopher's sake. He's dealing with enough.

All is well that ends in pizza.

I heard about this on NPR this weekend. Very cool:

Protein discovery offers hope for cat allergy sufferers

A new chemical protein, part-cat and part-human, holds out hope for the millions brought out in rashes or sneezing fits whenever they go near a cat, researchers in America reported yesterday.

Scientists, writing in the April issue of Nature, said their approach in creating the compound may work against more dangerous allergies, such as the potentially fatal reaction in some to peanuts.

So far the new treatment has only been tried on mice, but it has been successful in trials on human tissue.

Too bad we used a Max Headroom reference for Natter 23.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

You can't have too many Max Headroom references. I'd suggest "20 minutes into the future," but that's not very Spike-centric.

Could the naming discussion go over to b'crazy?

Having it all in a central location will make it easier for whichever stompy is up and about during the rollover.

As you command, so have we done.

Damn it. [link]

A thief has stolen a laptop computer containing personal information about nearly 100,000 alumni, graduate students and past applicants at the University of California, Berkeley, university officials said Monday.

This is the third time this has happened at a school that had my info (all places where I applied and didn't get accepted.) (Other two were UCLA and UCSD. I'm sensing a pattern here.)
