Yeah, I've been looking for 2 baths, a finished basement and a fenced backyard. Greg wants a fireplace, so that's next on the priority list. After that...anything extra they want to throw in.
They call everything around here Colonial or Victorian, no matter what it really is.

There are some really neat houses for sale for really reasonable prices around here. There's a 4 bedroom with a spa, one with two fireplaces. Most of the houses have 3 bedrooms, one bath, but quite a few have at least another half bath and there are very few without a fenced backyard.
