Hey!
Actually, Pacific Time does feel kinda afterthoughtish. And I'm still not used to sporting events being mostly over by 8:00 p.m. unless they're actually being played locally.
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Hiya. My brain is trying to claw its way out of my skull again. Why does my brain hate me?
Why does my brain hate me?
For the same reason the upper right part of my face has been trying to fall off. I suspect a cabal.
Hullo, darlings.
Why does my brain hate me?
You make it work too hard.
why does my brain hate me?
MY brain hates me because of the altitude (tiny come-and-go headache, a little shortness of breath). Know why? 'Cause I'm IN MOUNTAINS!!!! I's in the ROCKIES!!!!!!! t /taunty taunter
Say, anybody know the altitude of Joshua Tree? I'm guessing it's lower than where I am now because I never got the breath thing.

Not sure. Nearly passed out reading in Taos once, though, so I hear you on altitude adjustment.
It's not too bad. I'm only recognizing the discomfort as altitude because I had a hell of a time it in Peru. If I hadn't, I'd just think I was tired or coming down with something.
Either JTree isn't as high or the dry air counteracts some of the discomfort. SLC is amazing though. We're walking through Parker's little neighborhood and if you glance up-- snow capped mountain! I just can't get over it.
Is it as beautiful as it's always looked in her writing?
