How do I know that my youth is all spent?
My get-up-and-go
Just got up and went
But most of the time I'm able to grin
Of all of the places my get-up has been.
Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath
[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Aidan went to the eye doctor today. He came back a total pain-in-the-ass, but hsi eyes are the same, which is good.
How's his coloration?
If you mean eye pigment, still in the possible realm of wishful thinking. Maybe some, maybe a trick of the light. His nystagmus has slowed right down, his hair is still stark white, his skin is not a lot whiter than the rest of us--though that's pretty scarily white.
He's being evaluated for Autism on Monday. His eye doctor told Greg, without prompting, that he seemed to show some signs of it, and to give his pediatrician the prescription for his eyes so that she could properly evaluate him since one of the things doctors use for markers is how autistic people use their eyes, but that's not a useful marker for Aidan.
I'm sorry about the ongoing scary stuff. I hope the evaluation is negative.
Thanks, me too. It does seem the last couple of years has been a roller coaster ride.
So that means you'll get to the fun bit where you're floating above the car any moment now, right?
There's a fun bit? Awesome. It's coming any minute, I'm sure of it.
Am so mad at Christopher right now. Am very very mad. Am typing, rather than screaming, because am very very mad. Am going upstairs to get away from children.
Oh, see? Cindy's already gotten there!

Oh no. He's too smart. He's already figured out the important buttons to push.
