I made corned beef and cabbage on Sunday, but I didn't cook it long enough. Why did I read the package? I never do that.
Brendon Jr's hair is brilliant green and looks wonderful. I just mixed some green food color into some styling gel and did his blond tips. He was a happy camper.

I think I'm having one of the rumored pregnancy-related hair changes. The last few months of hair has grown in dark brown, rather than medium reddish brown. It now looks like I either lightly bleached or dyed my hair red a few months ago and haven't taken care of it since. I actually like the new color (although it means no one will guess I'm Irish anymore), but now I don't really know what to do hair color-wise. Do I chop off the red part? That's like a foot of hair, and I don't really want short hair. Do I try to match the color? Do I dye everything black?
Of course, all this waits until After Baby sometime.
At my doctor's yesterday I found out the baby is 7.7 pounds right now. Looks like their prediction of an 8.5 pound birthweight baby is right on the money.
