Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I just picked up a part time job during the week, so I'm now doing pretty good, and have something steady for when Julia's show finally closes in May.

Oh, that's great news! Yay!

Ethan went out to pick up more packing tape and lunch, and he's not back yet, and I'm hungry. He should come back so I can eat.

I'm glad to hear they extended the show 'till May.

Yeah, I'm pretty happy about that. Plus I'll be working (PAID!) on Brett's next film project, and possibly crewing for the video of Julia's show, if I can finagle it.

Speaking of presents to one's self.... this new part time job means that within a month, there will finally be a Playstation 2 in the house again.

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

Oh, I love my Microsoft Money, Lilty. I hope you find it helpful.

Well thus far, it seems smarter than me. Which is good. It's just a matter of getting all the statements to set up right- for all the accounts I have it's actually going better than anticipated so far. Just a few more..

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

Knock knock.

Who's there?

Other.

Other who?

Other Ether Bunny.

Nope. 'sall I got.

I have had coffee and pumpkin pie with spray whipped creme. I did not spray the creme directly into my mouth, but I thought about it. Still thinking about it.

Nah. DH is cooking a big pot of pinto beans with ham and onion bits and appropriate seasonings, and the smell is driving me mad, mad, I tell you. Hungry now.

What is even happening?

Hee hee hee.
Are you my mother?

Heh. I was going to ask if you had family here.

That's great news, Daniel!

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Congratulations, Daniel!

Susan, Hec is right now weeping with envy of you and Dylan and Annabel. He says Emmett didn't sleep the night through until he was five years old.

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Heh. I've tried not to talk too much about our good luck, but Annabel has been sleeping through the night since 2 months or so, except when she's sick or in a new environment. And I think she would have even earlier, except that until she hit ten pounds we had to wake her up once in the night to feed her.

I will hereby stop being disgruntled that when she was trying to fall asleep in the playpen while I was in the shower, Dylan picked her up and held her, winding her up. Because I'm not sure I actually told him how beautifully regular her nap schedule had become, and how if you put her in the playpen around 10:00 and again around 3:30 or 4:00, she'll play for a little while, then fall asleep on her own. As is, she's off schedule and is now fighting sleep. But since he's promised to take her out for the afternoon so I can have some blessed privacy, it's not going to be my problem.

Basically, judging these contest entries is taking much longer than I'd imagined, and I'm all cranky and PMS-y and craving solitude.
