Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

He is adorable, which will probably come in handy for him when dealing with my cousin.

I still want him to have the family last name, but I think Beau is a great first name for him.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Oh, cute baby Beau! He looks teensy-eensy.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Beau is just that. Monkey Feet!

Nothing else new yet, except I'm wearing my "I'd fuck Tim Bayliss" t-shirt today.

A banner day.

What is even happening?

Oh Heather, congrats. He is beautiful.

They're so tiny at first, even the ones who look chubby with their clothes on, are so delicate, when you get a good look at them. He looks incredibly alert for a brand new baby.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Wee cute baby!

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Aww, what a cutie! And what a beautifully-shaped head he has! No conehead in sight.

I'm looking forward to comparing Annabel's Second Easter pictures, when she'll be 11 months 3 weeks, to her First Easter, where she was all of four days.

Well, he's Kara's son, so I fully expect him to be explaining the effects of socio-economic elitism on educational systems any day now.

brillig

Has anyone ever been on the pill Singulair? I mentioned to my doc that with allergy season here I needed a new inhaler so that I had a prayer of exercising outside. He said, "We don't like people to depend on inhalers, here's a drug to take everyday during your allergy season." Fortunately I weasled an Albuterol prescription out of him, too. From Thursday to Monday I took one faithfully. I had horrible trouble breathing Saturday, though that could be blamed on the tight Elizabethan bodice I was wearing. Otherwise I found myself stopping to catch my breath. Last night I thought, "Well, it can't make it any worse," and didn't take the pill. Today I'm just a little congested, and I just walked a couple of blocks with only the breathlessness normally to be associated with out-of-shape fat people and a faint ache that is my lungs saying, "What is this crap in the air? Wasn't the cold and smog enough, you've got to drop pollen into the mix?"

Very strange.

Art Crawl!!!

I've seen ads for Singulair -- if that helps.
