Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Kristin has a new tag! But she never came in here to display her GG "Focus please"/"I am a camera" tag. Sadness.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I've pretty much lived on antihistamines since I was about 14 and living in South Georgia, which is mold and pollen hell. At that point, my allergies were so bad that they were causing me to throw up. Last year, I was put on Nasarel, which is an inhaled steroid, and it's made a big difference. I also did a round of desensitizing shots about 25 years ago and they helped. The allergist tells me that there are now pretty good shots for dust mites.

Mostly lurking...

People need to chat more. Otherwise I'm going to have to actually start doing work. (In my defense, I have actually been doing work...just finished my grocery order, for that matter. But, I've got the not-so-fun stuff to start soon.)

Good Trouble and Righteous Fights

Yes and no. When I get really stressed out the stress manifests as illness...typically a migraine, sometimes asthma or severe allergies. I'm trying very hard this semester to limit that stress and avoid the migraines.

Ah, that makes sense.

And people do need to chat more. Either that or Annabel needs to take her morning nap soon so I can unload and reload the dishwasher and start scoring another entry for the writing contest I'm judging.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I'm happy to say I have coffee now and feel human, finally. I should shower and dress so I can go grocery shopping, but I'm too comfy at my computer. I don't think I'm adding anything to "entertain vw" forum, though. Sorry.

Trust my rage

Well, I just got home from trying to run errands, but everything was closed.

One of the errands was to register DH's car since the registration expired in Dec. I can't find the registration from GA however, which is really weird because usually DH is conscientous about keeping that stuff int he glove compartment. I'm not sure what I will do if I can't find it.
