Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

You can't handle the truth.

The only way for that to be true was if no Smurfs were harmed....

What is even happening?

The Smurfs, Strawberry Shortcake, Cabbage Patch dolls, and a bunch of the other treacle of my youth don't marsh my mallow, because I was just old enough to be past them, when they became all the rage.

Art Crawl!!!

So, what you're saying Jen is that medically, or at least scientifically, the post-bar, 2 AM cheese fry stop is necessary? Or at least, a good idea?

Jen - Mar 12, 2005 1:52:53 pm PST #6228 of 10001
love's a dream you enter though I shake and shake and shake you

Yep. That's exactly what I'm saying.[1]

[1] You'll get less drunk if you do the cheese-fry stop first, and you'll be able to drink with more endurance if you do the cheese-fry stop in the middle, but the post-drinking cheese-fry stop is definitely helpful, especially if the food is consumed immediately after the last drink, while some of the booze is still in your stomach. Once the booze gets to your intestines, all bets are off.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Hello!

I'm excited because I'm braising turkey thighs in red wine. Mostly excited, 'cause, red wine. The bottle's already open...

What a day of doing nothing. I was going to do some work from home, but, whatever. I'll do it tomorrow, maybe.

Cindy, are you back from your family pow-wow? Or did the nasty turn of the weather down here make them believe in your quote-unquote "snowstorm"?

Mostly lurking...

I'm listing stuff on ebay. This is kind of a pain in the ass.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

My hair is purty. Life is good.

I can relax, now.

Not javachik

Hi there, this is massive skippage & a drive-by hello from katerinabee and me from the very very rainy isle of Hawai'i. I guess we've lucked out with just stormy seas so far, which has resulted in not as much snorkeling as wished for, yet still a good amount of swiming in the pretty warm and astonishingly orgeous green-to-blue Pacific. We got too much sun yesterday but boy howdy it feels lovely to be all nice and warm day and night. Aloha.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My hair has not been an abnormal color since the unfortunate incident where I decided it needed to be purple two years ago.

It was a nice, almost black purple for three weeks before I gave in and stripped it out. I can't do purple hair, no matter how much I wish I could.

I'm getting the pig!

I can relax, now.

Hush, you.
