Angel: I can stay in town as long as you want me. Buffy: How's forever? Does forever work for you?

'Lies My Parents Told Me'

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

I hope Beej's solution works for you.

I hope something works. It took me two years with the state of CA for them to quit trying to tell me I owed them back taxes for when I was stationed outside the country. Even if you get it resolved this time, don't be surprised if they pop right back up next year for the same thing. Just stick to your guns.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Congrats on the acceptance, Nora!

In some ways, I'm glad I go to work during the week. It makes me appreciate the weekends that much more.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

{{Maria}} I kept wishing for a solution. It seems insane that they can tell you that you owe when you know you don't.

{{Maria}}. The IRS is telling me the same damn thing, and it's uber-frustrating.

Always Anti-fascist!

Tax problems suck, Maria. I'm sorry. (waving at Billytea again)

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

We've had a shooting here that sounds like it came right out of television. In the middle of a retrial for rape, kidnapping, possession and assorted violence, the suspect grabbed a deputy's gun and shot and killed a well respected superior court judge and the court clerk and shot a deputy. He has since carjacked more than one car, including beating up a newspaper feature writer and taking his car, and is still at large.

Yikes, Ginger!

t waves in the general direction of Australia in case bt is still around

Our governor went ahead and declared a drought emergency. I'm taking shorter showers, not leaving the water running while I brush my teeth, going to buy more bibs today because that way I could go a little longer between loads of laundry, etc. I know this is all petty in the big scheme of things, but it makes me feel like I'm at least trying to be helpful.

What is even happening?

Wow, Ginger. That's scary.

Susan, good for you.
