I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

Say, 2 or 3 books, please, not 14?

No worries.

William Gibson's Neuromancer is probably as good a place to start as any.

Philip K. Dick's Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep is something of a precursor to the genre, and is otherwise an excellent book.

And I'd be inclined to argue that Chuck Palahniuk's Fight Club belongs in the genre.

Those three are all good books, and none of them are over long.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

Does a drag king count, Jilli?

Huh. meara, for a second I thought you were going to link to Ken Vegas. 'Tho that King is most delish as well.

Ah, Infernal Devices. Very fun book. Good taste, Mr. StuntHusband.

William Gibson's Neuromancer is probably as good a place to start as any.

Indeed, and it is most enjoyable to return to for multiple reads.
