Sweet lumpy minion, you're the only one that understands. Probably 'cause I haven't sucked the brain out of you yet.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Ah, billytea has read "Monstrous Regiment"! Not one of Pratchett's most well-organized works, to my mind, but you can tell the guy is pissed about various wars going on in the world.

Timelies! Can this have been the last snowstorm of the year? Because we are running out of places to put it.

Last night I did have friends pick me up in a snowplow to go to the bar, though. That was good times.

Up with the sun

My trip home was delayed because of a suicide.

That's not good.

Also, timelies. And Frank, I'm pretty sure it is Friday, but they might have stuck another weekday in there just to spite us.

How much did you get, Lilty? I heard Southern Coastal Maine was going to get pummelled this time (Salem got more than Boston, again, but still only - ha! ONLY? - around 3-4").

At first they said 1 to 2 feet. Then yesterday morning they took it back and said 3 inches. I think it's at about a foot or so now, and it's the really wet, heavy stuff.

Same kind of stuff here, and since it's been raining since Weds., it's stuck to everything.

It's much prettier than after the big one two weekends ago, where the snow was all tiny powder that just kept drifting like something out of THE SHINING, but I really don't need this shit while I'm trying to get my stuff moved. Illyria may be a fine car, but she's not built for this kind of weather.

Yeah, I'm supposed to bring Winifred to the shop for a recall thing and an oil change, and she's all looking at the snow and saying "Mamma, don't make me." She's a good little car, though.

Is it cute or slightly disturbing that your cars have matching names? If anyone here calls their car Amy Acker, I'm going to vote for disturbing.

Well, I bought her the week after "A Hole in the World". And she was blue. It all fit!

I'm a fucking amazing catch!--Fiona Gallagher, Shameless(US)

I'm a little disturbed because Winifred is my grandma's name. But she's a Wynn not a Fred. But "Winifred's a great ride.' is gonna freak me out.
