Booking a "direct flight" from CT to CA and then realizing it stops for an hour in the middle and makes the entire damn trip just as long as it would have been if you'd had a connection.
Did the plane have to stop and rest?
Well, at least you didn't have to worry about making a connecting flight, and the running through the airport and what-not.
This is for my April trip. I agree, the not having to make a connection thing is nice; it's just that I paid more for that flight because I was psyched about the shorter time.

Well, he's looking DAMN dead. I haven't flushed him yet, though. I noticed this morning his color was not good, but I thought it was just his usual bi-weekly death throes.
