'Objects In Space'

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Here's some more info. [link]

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I like the pods, but people look at me funny.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Aha, see? I knew it was a freakish thing to do.

Not so nice is that I'm about to ruin a Friday morning for a bunch of people because of a series of unfortunate events and an upset foreign government. - shrift

vw, that is a fantabulous email. You are on a roll!

I can't wait to read the expanded version of your paper. Since I came late to the online fandom, I missed the whole Bronze phenomenon and the background was fascinating to read.

~ma to anyone who needs it. Just when I think I'm caught up.....

Coding and Sleeping

They have them in the frozen section of my mom's suburban supermarket

They have them at one grocery store near me. Soybeans are yummy. My daughter doesn't like them, but she's a really picky eater.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

You eat the pod, David? Huh.

That's where all the vitamins are. Tastes good.

And, Hec? Amy says you have to stop picking on me. She emailed me just now and said so. Pffth.

She would totally back me up if I pointed out I am trying to save your life from your unrepetent carnivorousness.

Don't make me send you bags of edamame.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I sometimes eat the pods at restaurants - if I bite down on the pod and the bean pops into my mouth, I don't eat the pod. But I buy the preshelled for home. (edited for reduced Yodaness)

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Provide each diner with a small plate on which to place discarded pods, which are fibrous and fairly inedible.

Bullshit! They serve them cooked at the asian noodle house, and they're great. Honestly, they're addictively good. They wok toss them with a brown garlic sauce.
