Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

I just got the chance to read your paper, vw. Excellent work! I look forward to the expanded version.

Yay for Emeline taking charge at school!

And sympathies to short people in the latter weeks of pregnancy. I would have given a lot for a couple-few more inches of torso when I was at that stage.

Mostly lurking...

I'm practicing math. It's making my head want to go splodey. Thank goodness I have an Emily. Really, everyone should have an Emily.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

Definitely. Emilys are good people, I've discovered.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

But hey, in a few weeks, when the kids drop into place, our stomachs will return, or so they tell me.

Erm, that's not how I remember it.

My torso is pretty long, Bev. I think that the last couple months are just rotten uncomfortable. It's nature's way of making you actually look forward to the birth. And as I recall, really all the discomforts of pregnancy ended with it. (Sure, okay, lochia is unpleasant, but it really was no big whoop.)

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I think that the last couple months are just rotten uncomfortable.

Totally agree. A billion times.

It's nature's way of making you actually look forward to the birth.

t nodding furiously again

And as I recall, really all the discomforts of pregnancy ended with it.

Yep yep yep. 'Cept that pesky incision for me.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Erm, that's not how I remember it.

Me, neither. But I am short waisted and there was NO place for the baby to go. I didn't care much for eating in the last four weeks.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Me, neither. But I am short waisted and there was NO place for the baby to go. I didn't care much for eating in the last four weeks.

Curses! Stupid childbirth educators. Hrmph.

I'm pretty short in the torso, so I suspect I'm fairly screwed.

There must be some ideal body for carrying a pregnancy. It's just I've never met anyone who had it.

If I only had a brain...

I'm leaning toward "Somebody else's" on that one.

The status is NOT quo.

Empress, I'm sure the Princess is having a wonderful time, and they are so lucky to get to look out for her. (Did I mention I get to meet her in SIX WEEKS? Ish? WOOT!)

She does. But it doesn't mention "pixie wench". It doesn't even contain Connecticutie. I'm not sure how I feel about that.

Oh very well. Hold on.
