Buffy: A Guide, but no water or food. So it leads me to the sacred place and then a week later it leads you to my bleached bones? Giles: Buffy, really. It takes more than a week to bleach bones.

'Dirty Girls'

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Same-Sex Unions in Premodern Europe, by John Boswell. Not necessarily romantic unions, but true unions. Apparently the idea of romance and marriage being inseperable is fairly modern.

I think I need to get hold of a copy of this. I'm dying of curiosity.

I just ordered myself a treat for finishing two of my incompletes - the Wonderfalls DVDs. Yay!

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Not necessarily romantic unions, but true unions.

What does that mean? Sounds like an interesting book.

Nice treat, vw. Now I want to accomplish some goal so I can give myself a treat.

I'm getting the pig!

I can count on Nicole for a good kick in the pants!

I kick out of love. Besides, this is the last incomplete, no? You're almost home free! (Minus the whole new semester full of all new assignments part.)

I can think of many goofy things I have said to my BF which would look horrible in a transcript in a newspaper

I've had a number of nightmares about this.

Company settled merger yesterday. I wonder how much longer I'll have a job.

Nope. I've got one more after this...and it's the big one - my research paper on a discourse analysis of the differences of b.org and The Bronze. It's 10-12 pages. I'm looking forward to writing it, though...more than this one I'm working on right now.

It doesn't help that I read this book back in August, so now I'm kind of haveing to re-read it in order to write the paper. Oh, well. It'll be done soon.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

t runs through thread, throwing glitter

How is everyone? I am stealing some time on my stepdad's computer before he gets home from work. I am still computerless and cableless at the new place.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

How did the move go otherwise, sj? I'm still in the midst of mine - I'm glad I was able to arrange overlapping months.
