I will be furnishing my new place mostly with furniture from Mom's garage
We've bought very little brand-new furniture. We were planning on trying to replace some things the dog, cat, and boys destroyed comfortably wore in, but with the baby...My aunt said she had a basement full of stuff to choose from, so we got a sectional sofa, a chair, a desk, and all of my grandmother's bedroom furniture, which she wanted me to have. We were waiting to have a bedroom big enough.
I love hand-me-downs, especially like that. Mom-Mom's bedroom suite is solid mahogany with dovetail joints, not a shred of MDF anywhere, from 1940, the year they got married. I couldn't afford furniture like it now if my life depended on it.
I also wonder who submitted her stuff because I know she's done other things, but it only has the anime stuff.
You should fix it for her. I tweak the entries of friends of mine all the time.
