My right arm. I think I pinched a nerve. It is not muscle and I didn't do anything like haul rocks. It is kinda numb and really quite painful at times. I'll go to the chiro tomorrow, but I don't want to drive, have standard.

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.
Laura, this means it's been a YEAR since I've seen you!
Damn! Time flies.
I am sorry you're sore on your birthday. I just got worried when I saw you had a sore arm and were dizzy.
Right arm means not heart attack, right? Sorry for the numbness, I think I know the feeling and it's icky.
Pains in the left shoulder and/or radiating down the left arm are the heart symptom, as far as I know, -t.
That's what I thought, Cindy, but then I thought maybe I had gotten that info from movies or somewhere and it might not be reliable. Thanks for confirming.
I thought women didn't tend to get that kind of symptom. Or maybe it's just that they tend to ignore it. I don't really remember. And what do I know, anyway?
Happy birthday, Laura!

What if you're almost completely certain those pains are due to muscular wackiness, and that a trip to the chiropractor would fix things right up?

Women seem to exhibit some different symptoms than do men, but they get the "classic" symptoms, as well. My grandmother had terrible shoulder pain, in the heart attack that finally killed her. I was with her. I think sometimes we don't get the extreme chest pains. I have also heard one of the symptoms of a heart attack is denial that one is having a heart attack. Take a moment and ponder that one.
