You guys had a riot? On account of me? A real riot?

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

I know my own heart and understand my fellow man. But I am made unlike anyone I have ever met. I dare to say I am like no one in the whole world. - Anne Lister

t waves to aims and deena! and you too thomash :)

GF and I were supposed to go to Disneyland yesterday and CA Adventure today but it rained and poured and rained again so we didn't go. Instead, we've cleaned our house, gone to the comic store for their 50% off sale (where we scored a Batarang [sp?], a Nightwing maquette, a Green Lantern wall plaque, and several trades), found a good b'fast place near home, and more but I can't think of what. Tuesday is GF's b'day so I'll be cake baking in the next day or so. Her gifts have yet to arrive (fuckers) so we'll see if she actually gets anything on her b'day. Doh! Tomorrow we're going to order our entertainment center, keep cleaning, and WATCH THE L WORD PREMIERE!!!!! Woohoo!

Hope all of y'alls are doing well.

I have a plan.

Thank Gawd, acknowledgement. I'm so lonely. Well, bored, I need to live vicariously through you for now.

Let the entertainment begin please.

Awww, Thomash, you're never alone in this thread. Some of us just lurk more than the others.

I have a plan.

Pity me, lavish me.

I'm no slouch in the lurkingness myself.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Happy Anniversary Kat & Lori!

Happy Birthday Beverly!

Things I did today:

  • Put all my crap away that has been sitting all over the apartment
  • vacuumed
  • did bills
  • watched lots of Angel 5
  • transcribed more Lost

Not very productive if you think about it, but I'm doing grocery shopping and laundry tomorrow. Maybe do some more job searching.

For the most part I'm staying out of the theology discussions. I have some viewpoints of my own but I'm not sure that I'm in the right frame of mind to be challenged by reading other's posts. I know it's something that I will have to eventually sit down and research but not until I'm ready. I'm somewhat content in my, possibly naive, views.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Hey Aimee, I'm glad you poured your heart out. It was very interesting, and I'm so happy for all three of you.

Do find some time to just be man and wife, though, okay? I know there are folks in LA who'll babysit.

Well, bored, I need to live vicariously through you for now.

Well, not through me. I want to hear about Arizona.

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

Argh. There are people in the alley behind my building being very loud. Or actually, I'm not entirely sure how loud they're being, but the way that sound echos in that alley makes everything sound very loud from here. Last night, it was a neighbor having a party until about 1. I am so not in the mood to deal with drunk singing people.

t edit: there are no more drunk singing people in the alley. There are now, however, drunk singing people in the apartment next door. If it lasts much longer I might go tell them to be quiet. It seems to be getting quieter now, though.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

The freaking cable went out!!! Just came back.

Do find some time to just be man and wife, though, okay? I know there are folks in LA who'll babysit.

We are actively trying to suck it up and do this. We went out by ourselves on Valentine's. It was nice.

I've missed you, despite not being so present myself lately.

I've missed you too, love.

And I'll be back at work soon which means more time to post!!
