Oh, and DH and I have a babysitter tomorrow, so....
What looks good in movies these days? I'd like to see
Bride and Prejudice,
but our last two movie selections were All About Me (
National Treasure
and
Vanity Fair),
so I want to at least see if there's something that'd be equally exciting for both of us. Of course, we had identical reactions to the last two movies (NT=goofy and stupid but completely fun! VF=well, that was certainly interesting, but meh), so it's not like going to movies I'm interested in has been so terrible for us, but still.
The basement is now pretty much done. I'm debating whether to start painting trim or take up another project. "Another project" will most likely be cleaning.

Maybe there's no afterlife to make us Make It Count here.
But if I'm a Buddhist, like Meatballs "It just doesn't matter."

Dude. Just the mix? Nothing to go with that would make it, well, cakey?
That is kind of desperate, Brenda. Not that I'm judging.

Sideways, Million Dollar Baby, or Constantine would get my votes. A friend dragged me to Phantom the other night, which was terribly overwrought and cheesy, but lots of fun anyway. Angst! Chandeliers! Cleavage!
Well, mixed, of course. Not the powder. But I made cupcakes last night for my dad and had some leftovers.
eta: And it was
gooood.

What, no canned icing?! (You did actually make the mix into batter, right?)
