Because books.

Tar-zhay actually carries bras above a D-cup?

Not sure about that, actually. Although I could swear maybe DD, at least.

Cindy is wise -- Kohl's is a good option if you have one.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

A little more 'ma for my dad, please, who is not doing all that great after his knee operation. He's really disoriented and scared, and seems to be having some aphasia.

Also, they were planning to sping him from the hospital today which is a completely crack-headed notion.

What is even happening?

Wow, brenda. I'm so sorry. Much health and a quick recovery to him.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

He's really disoriented and scared, and seems to be having some aphasia.

Could it be a reaction to pain medication, Brenda? When I had my knee surgery, it took me a while to realize that the morphine pump was making me sick.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Wouldn't these make great perfume applicators for BPAL?

Evil, tempty Betsy-person. Yes, they would. However, this is me being virtuous and not bidding on them, even though the ferret-part of my brain is going "Oooooh! Shiny glass bat swizzle sticks! Shiny! Bats! Ooh! Ooh!"

Nope, I am saving my pennies for a second bustle skirt, because my first one (b&w stripes, of course) is on the way to me right now.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Brneda--have them check for a valium (or whatever meds they gave) reaction. My dad thought he was in a prison camp in Korea after his second heart attack and it turned out he was very VERY sensitive to the valium. It took about six weeksfor him to come "back." The first two weeks or so of that no one knew what the heck happened to him, so it was very nervous-making.

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

~ma for brenda's dad. And ~ma for brenda, too.

Tar-zhay actually carries bras above a D-cup?

I know they have DD. I'm not sure about anything bigger than that. And, Kohl's is a good idea.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

It could be, Ginger. That's a problem too, actually. They're giving him Oxycontin, which makes him itchy and antsy, so when they offer him two he only takes one, with the result that he's itchy and still in pain.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

{{Brenda}} I hope he recovers quickly.

And, because I forgot to say anything last night: Connie, I hope everything turns out okay.
