I keep looking at lofts downtown. Then I remember that moving into one would mean I have to live downtown. Then I close the window.
Also, the mere thought of packing and moving makes me sleepy.

ita, is there a price range on your preference? Or a location? Because I've seen a number of apartments that fit those requirements. But some are pricier than others, and I'd have to go find them again, anyway.
