Happy Anniversary, Kat and lori! I'm tickled we share a celebration day.
Thanks for the good wishes, guys. It's a low-expectation chore day, since the weather's gorgeous. We've already discovered DH can't repair the power steering fluid hoses himself. It's too snarly and confusing under there, and the hoses disappear behind some other stuff. So we'll keep topping the reservoir up till we can afford the time to take the car in and leave it. We've repaired Mom's phone, and MIL called to wish me happy. Now DH is off looking for hood lifter-piston-thingies for my car, because those he can replace himself. And I've scooped and topped up the litterbox with fresh litter, collected the household trash for out-taking and relined the wastebaskets and kitchen can, smooshed the plastic jugs for recycling and am currently eyeing my craphole of a desk preparatory to destruction and reassembly, while catching up here and elsewhere, and bird dogging a couple of ebay auctions.
Multitasking is fun!

Speaking of B.... it's his THIRD birthday today! Unbelievable. SO and I are just about to drink a sip of champagne and congratulate ourselves for having survived thus far (especially considering the last 3 weeks).
