So I think I'm dealing with the company record for Spyware right now. Ad-Aware found 18435 objects. The first time it tried to clear them off the PC locked up.
Kalshane. Reboot your PC is "Safe" mode. (Turn in off and press F8 as it boots.)
Run Adware again. Also spybot. Safe mode stops some (not all) of the stuff spyware does to stop you from removin it.
Also, if you don't have antivirus software get it and install it. Cause with that much malware, it strikes me as at least possible you have viruses as well.
(If you already have anti-virus software, run it in safe mode after you run adaware and spybot. If you don't have AV software it must be installed in regular mode, not "safe" mode.)
Again you get into safe mode by shutting down your computer, restarting and pressing f8 during the reboot. You get out of safe mode by simply doing a standard reboot.
And if you already know everything I said, I apologize for wasting your time. I have a bad memory, and don't remember what you do for a living, so I did not know if you are computer sophisticated or not.
I tend to graze throughout the day, but I need a granola bar first thing in the morning if I'm exercising before work. If I don't work out, I can usually make it until I get to work, so I then have a banana and 2 cups of coffee at 8 a.m.
Evening food is a necessity, but the amount and type depends on whether or not I have rehearsal. Usually it's not much.

My mom's family. I understood it as being a farming thing. Gave the family a chance to come in and relax in the middle of the hottest part of the day, eat themselves stupid and then go back out to burn it off. Supper was a light meal in the evening.
She still does refer to a less complete 3rd meal (ie:
oh crap, I don't want to cook, here have a sandwich
) as 'supper' but not dinner.

Growing up in Alabama, we mostly had breakfast, lunch, and supper. If either lunch or supper was somehow bigger and fancier than normal, it magically became dinner.

But in our family, the third meal of the day was always the big meal, no matter what we called it.
For mom's family, grandpa (& whoever else was out in the fields) very often didn't come back to the house for supper. They took dinner leftovers out into the fields after dinner and that became supper for them.
I think my folks' families must have used different words in the lunch/dinner/supper shuffle, because I will use
dinner
for either lunch or supper, but I also use the words
lunch
and
supper, for lunch and supper. Clearly, I need more food.

Yup. The only dinners in my family are Sunday dinner, Christmas dinner, and Thanksgiving dinner, all of which take place in mid-afternoon.
We always had breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I grew up in Minnesota. I'm pretty much always eat three meals a day, unless I'm under a lot of stress. I just feel wrong if I don't.
ION, my car is giving me headaches. I need to sell it and by another one, but we still owe on the one we have, which is adding to my stress. Why can't I just pay a person to fix this problem for me? (I suppose I could, but if I had that much money, I wouldn't be wrroied about how much I sell the current car for.)
