See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

Do three big mugs of coffee count as breakfast?

If you put milk in them, yes. And a good hearty breakfast at that.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Nilly, can you just quote from the article a lot? "As the author puts it, purple camels walk to magazine."

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

Excellent -- I win at nutrition!

hip deep in pie

Has anyone ever taken Vitamin B supplements? I bought these: [link] the other day. I haven't started taking them yet. If they make the tummy oogy, I'm going to wait, because the headcold is enough, right now. But if not, I could probably use the vitamin C added in there.

Vitamin B makes me irritable. Like, unbelievably cranky.

I don't think I could go drinkless, either.

And I practice that for years now, at least 5 days a year, and still, not managing to learn.

I'm supposed to talk about it and lead a discussion. I can't actually talk about something when I don't understand what it says. Right now, I'm trying to practically translate it, hoping that by writing down things in Hebrew, I'll be able to make more sense of it (the article is in English, by a French person). That's as creative as I could get. I can be much more creative with whining, apparently.

Oy. Good luck, anyway.

What is even happening?

Vitamin B makes me irritable. Like, unbelievably cranky.
I'm not sure anyone could tell the difference with me.

Nilly, do you speak French? Maybe the article was translated poorly, and if you could find the original.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I usually wake up hungry, or wake up because I am hungry, and must eat immediately. Not necessarily a lot, but something.

(eta: the only way I can manage fasting is to spend all my time before shul getting dressed so I don't have time to want food. It sort of works)

do you speak French?

Nope. Some of the footnotes were left in French (because, hey, if the person who writes the article can understand them, we should be worthy enough only if we can, too), and I had my mom (whose mother tongue is French) translate them for me. I understood most of the words (thanks to similarity to English), but not the actual connections between them, which in the end create the meaning of the sentence. That's why I didn't want to use babelfish and asked for a human help instead.

The only thing I am sure I understand from this article is the insults the man who wrote it spills on the heads of other people. Let me quote:

The confusion is so complete that sentences contradict each other making the book extremely difficult to read.

She, obsessed by..., does not even read what she writes.

And that's just as far as I got.
