I know, Cindy. I should've slapped Garrison Keillor for putting that old gag in "The Book of Guys" so that I might be reminded thereof.
Boys are gross, erika, even best selling ones. Snakes? Snails? Puppy dog tails? 'Nuff said.
I caught this cold from a boy, the very same boy who gave me a bone bruise on the bridge of my nose while he was pouncing me with his
Pooh
book.
grrrrr
People are testing my patience. I don't like it.
I took a B and C supplement for a while, and I actually thought it did help me, but then lost track of taking it.
If they make the tummy oogy, I'm going to wait, because the headcold is enough, right now.
It shouldn't, but it might make your pee orange.
That's me, Jesse. Except for my pre-natals, I've thrown away more vitamins than I've taken. I thought the B vitamins might help with the anxiety attacks. I am a vitamin C groupee, so I was glad to see it was included in the formula. I actually didn't mean to buy the iron enriched formula, because my iron is never, ever low.

Yeah, it said that. Well, it said bright yellow. I'm glad you told me about the orange. I would have freaked.
I could be mis-remembering the color. I'm going on reports from my mom.
I am cranky and bored and want a NAP. NOW.
My pee was bright yellow, and I felt like I had more energy, but was never sure if that was just a placebo effect. Or, if awake enough to remember a vitamin in the morning just means more energy to start with.
I take a vitamin B-complex supplement, b/c it's supposed to be good for the heart, as well as boosting energy. It doesn't bother my stomach, but then, virtually *nothing* bothers my stomach. It is cast-iron.
poor sarameg.
Betsy, you have to take a nap, right now. I'll brook no insolence on this, missy.

Check.

I'll be happy with a placebo effect. It says to take it with food. I don't know if you were or not, but sometimes, I think I've felt better when I've taken vitamins, just because I made sure I ate something, when I took them--particularly in the morning.
eta...
My tummy is anti-cast iron. EVERYTHING bothers it. It's a wuss.
