it is 32 degrees outside - inside my office I am in a turtleneck with the sleeves pushed up and am sweating. I have a fan on high, but can't get the a/c on because it is frozen. arrrggh.

You need to share that list with me (NEED, YOU HEAR ME???) -- I'm thinking of the Shuffle not just as a gym mix, but I can also put music to krav to on it, instead of worrying about random CDs that get scratched to death as soon as I burn them, or navigating through someone else's playlists (one of the krav rooms has an iMac connected to the stereo).

ita, our music intersection, it is small. My gym list is about 7 hours of music that varies in tempo and pleasure giving. 7 hours is about how long it would take me to marathon, or to commute for 5 days. Depending.
