'Cause if so, as far as I know, only Kerry and Boxer voted against her.

Oh, okay. I thought I heard that on the news, I guess they were just speculating or talking about a vote from the Senate Arms Commitee or something like that.
I thought that Byrd would be on the list. He was pretty vocal.
