PC, I can watch it on Tivo tomorrow. I have a 1 hour demo lesson at a school where 2 of my writing project participants are working and where my friend works. I'd like not to suck. But it's possible I'll suck anyway. If I'm going to suck, I'd like to be at least rested.
And I didn't get to sleep last night until 2:00 AM. and that was with the failsafe yoga breathing to get me to sleep.

disappeared for an event that she was managing without so much as a word and then refused to pick up her phone, leaving me to worry that something horrible happened to her
I'd be furious. So, in my opinion, that is not reasonable behavior. Taking a mental health day (or more)? Not unreasonable. Screening your calls on said mental health day(s)? Not unreasonable. Crying and staying in bed? Hell yes. I've done all of these things. It's the
