Zoe: Is there any way I'm gonna get out of this with honor and dignity? Wash: You're pretty much down to ritual suicide, lambie-toes.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I have seen puppy training classes that are run like this. It never works.

What if they're allowed to offer us treats?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Word, sara. Herding Buffistas? NSM.

I thought I was the judge of the Boss-Off!?!

Can someone be bossy and not effective? or do you have to be effective to be considered bossy.

I think the competition would have to be run over consecutive days. I don;t think a head to head simultaneous boss off would work because people can be swayed and bribed.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

You'd have to round up a bunch of buffistas and have you two being equi-distant from the group calling out commands. Whoever gets the group to obey, wins.

In other words, whoever can herd cats the best (as opposed to stacking them).

That's where the judging comes in. It's more of an art, really.

ita - you're already in LA with the hot actor types. Get busy already. When was the last time you went out?

I must obey the inscrutable exhortations of my soul—Calvin and Hobbs

because people can be swayed and bribed.

That's the part I was looking forward to.

Signed: Can be bossed for sufficient single malt. Also swayed with same. Well, either way there'll be swaying.

Ann, that's a ferret.

How would you judge a boss off?

I've had a number of bosses who were seriously off.

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

juliana, you can watch teh boss off just as long as you say something nice to us both - that's teh entrance fee.

Easy-peasy.

You, msbelle, have faboo fashion sense, are an excellent baker, and are quite generous with your baked goods and recipe ideas. You've spread cheer throughout the hemisphere with your kindness.

Hec, you also have the killer fashion sense. In addition, you have quite a few bon mots and a truly amazing knowledge of music. You've made quite a few people happy by sending them mix tapes (and now CDs!).
