The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Oh yes, I have a lot of good things, no doubt, including a large cuddly cat in my lap.

Still no cupcakes though

I have clean socks! My life = not so exciting.

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

Thanks for posting those pics, Kat! Extra bonus feature--my nose in the background, and blurry BF.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

JZ and I just got back from dancing at Bootie San Francisco's twice monthly mashup dance club.

Best mashup tonight? Either the ZZ Top/Pink ("Sharp Dressed Man" backing with vocal for "Get The Party Started") or Eminem on top of The Smiths ("Without Me" on top of "This Charming Man").

Oof, the computer is alive again, just late enough in half an hour for me to send birthday wishes. Sigh. At least, in my skipping, I was able to discover that it was also MFNlaw's birthday (it's not on the Buffista Calendar) as well as Kristin's, so the computer enabled me to miss a double Buffista birthday. Another sigh.

Happy second-day-of-your-new-age, Kristin! Happy second-day-of-your-new-age, Maria! With lots of wishes for a wonderful year.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Hi Nilly et al. It's 2:34 and I've been watching Wonderfalls all evening....

Hey Nilly!

I'm proud to say we're rationing out our Wonderfalls, so we've only watched two so far. And we'd already seen those two. So we're not just zooming ahead to the ones we haven't seen.

Hey, people who are still awake!

I've watched "Wonderfalls" from Allyson's CDs when I was in LA. The last one watched on the morning of the car ride to SF. They are all one big jumble in my mind, not really diffrentiating the episodes, only fragments standing out. I remember really liking it, jet-lagged and oh-new-people-all-the-time-ed as I was then (usually I can't take more than one, two episodes at most. It drove the friend I watched "Firefly" with crazy). I should really watch it all again.
