I'd thought of it as muscular-skeletal because chiro eases it, and muscle relaxants make it go away for a while, and putting stress on the neck can trigger it. Silly body, and I wonder if anything can be done for it.

Well, right now I have evil tightness creeping up my neck onto my scalp. And thus, my ears are twinging. It SUCKS.

I also frequently get neck pain when I've got a sinus or ear infection.
