The Exploratorium is so cool. I was at their website today because they seem to get our Mars Rover images out to the public even sooner than the JPL public site, and found fun Science Of ... pages.

Also, random: today's outfit white v-neck top, 3/4 length sleeves, pink velvet pants (wide legged as all my pants are), pink clogs, pink pearl necklace, white pearl earrings (too lazy to change them). This is a particularly rocking outfit when I am tan.
also learned, Lush's Buffy the Backside Slayer is the perfect thing to use in lieu of any soap type thing if you are sunburnt. I used it on my body and I am not peeling there. I used my usual face regimen and am peeling on my forehead like no one's business.
Kat, I should stand near you--I have on black jeans, a black, cream and green paisley shirt and a black cashmere cardigan. We would complement each other perfectly!
Minor boast: turns out I'm a good meeting facilitator. I hate long meetings, and hate seeing people shut out of the conversations by long-winded gasbags. So the meetings I facilitate end on time, and everybody gets their say. Apparently that puts me above average.

I am very excited because the BF and I are going to go see the play "Anna in the Tropics" for V-day. I love going to the theater and don't get to do it much anymore and have been dying to see this particular play, so I'm all pleasantly anticipatory.

I'm in a green velvet giant-houndstooth boat-necked top, and narrow-legged (as most of my pants are) light grey trousers with a single pleat, and a break as they fall to my (Aerosoles) boots. Silver thread earrings with black Svarovski crystals at the end.
And reading glasses.
I'm wearing knee-high shiny black boots what click when I walk. Everything else I'm wearing is otherwise boring.
