Right, there comes a point where you have to either move on, or just buy yourself a Klingon costume and go with it.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

OMG, Allyson, that is just too juicy! I love his description of himself as a sometime entrepeneur! So that's what they're calling it these days.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Nonian, I largely do one bowl/plate meals (like my black bean soup/burritos or green chile posole) OR it ends up being chicken/beef/whatever or a mess of veggies. I rarely manage to have what I'd consider a complete meal. Last summer I lived off mixing a pouch of tuna in with shredded cabbage and dousing it with an oriental chicken salad dressing.

And I'm really not going to tell anyone how long the posole has been my main meal. I get boring in my cooking. It's good, but... OK, not telling the posole, but I figured out had the black bean soup/burritos most nights for nearly 4 months. I was a little taken aback.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I just want the POTUS to have to answer questions about whether an investigation will be done on his own administration's leaking of CIA records of an undercover agent (Plame) to a GOP paid plant using a false name to hide his side business running a gay military escort service.

I wonder if he'll mumble something about Dred Scot and say he'll get on it once he finds Osama and Nicole Brown Simpson's real killer.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

The thing is, "Jeff Gannon" isn't his real name.

He was given a White House press pass using an assumed name.

My cynicism is such now that I think what should have been a deep reaching scandal on the order of Watergate, will evaporate in a whirl of spin.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

... back off to work for the totally cursory check-in just in case the 8:30 video shoot group actually does show up. Curse this inconvenient sense of work ethics!

What's interesting to me is that Kos broke a story that is causing the House to send letters demanding an investigation, CNN is running the story, and that dude just "resigned" from the WH Press Corps.

Go Kos!

Always Anti-fascist!

But, Hec, Watergate wasn't Watergate when it started. (Pessimistic optimism since 1973)

Well, not until they could link it into the Oval Office itself. Fuck, I thought Abu Ghraib was enough to take Rumsfeld out. I was wrong. Hence, the more cynicism. Then they made the guy who justified torture the new Attorney General, and cynicism seemed quaint.
