Oh, that stuff was there in spades. I just didn't quote it, 'cause that was the part I understood. I kinda wonder if the "as is" is standard thing for the lawyers at Volvo and that no one has a specific instance in mind for that particular disclaimer. Sort of a catch all CYA.
