"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

The guy would not believe it was really my house, 'cuz I'm black, and there ain't no black people in WI.

Aha! You were caught Homeowning While Black. Almost as dangerous as Driving While Black.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Damn, Gus. You do seem to collect the happenings, don't you? I hope the next few months are calm enough for you that you can start telling us some of your older stories.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Amos & Andrew, with Samuel L Jackson playing the part of Gus.

Now tagless for your comfort.

What does one say in this situation? Has Miss Manners posted to this dilemma?

See, I think Gus handled this with much more aplomb than I would have. My first words would have been, "Dude, get the fuck out of my house."

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Somebody has recreated Calvin's Snowman Massacre in real snow

Bag the crypto. Say what is on your mind.

hope the next few months are calm enough for you that you can start telling us some of your older stories.

My stories from before I started posting in Buffistas are dull. I do not think this a coincidence. Somehow, Buffistas are wrenching Fate around to cause Fate to provide stories from me.

Buffistas are a part of the Monkey-Bite Conspiracy! I knew it!

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Good Lord! Gus, that is crazy. What the thing to come home to. Thank goodness he was not dangerous and didn't cause more damage.

I just spent and hour and a half digging information out of old files. The file room is creepy and stagnant. I'll have to do more everyday this week. bleagh, but not the worst thing ever.
