Does the Cult of Gud permit slacking on Tuesdays?
Really that's more the purpose Slacker Thursday, but there is a sect in the cult that believes in having Slacker Thursday and Slacker Tuesday as well as Pizza Monday.

Yup. In any fast that is not Yom Kippur, you are allowed to just break the fast, but Yom Kippur is different (holiest day of the year, and all that). There are rules for how you eat/drink during it, if you don't fast (basically, there are 'levels' of rules, and you try to break the least severe ones. Of course, if you have to, then you have to and forget the rules).

Pancake Day Update: a traditional recipe has been found from the bbc archives and lemon and castor sugar will be purchased.
As we have prepared fajitas (as in, the meat is marinating in the fridge as we speak) for dinner, we will have pancakes for dessert.
Pancake Day totally snuck up on us.
