Robin, having spent three years arranging board meetings and all the food/accommodations that go with them, I know exactly how exhausted you are. Go you. I'm glad they recognized your work.
Not many people understand how much goes into making sure that many people have meals and the wherewithal to do what needs to be done. They just show up and *poof* the meeting fairies have taken care of everything.
Yeah, I know the admins who put together my company's sales conferences, and they're a bullet-proof bunch indeed. My group gives their needs and requests high priority because we know they'll need all the help we can give them, and be very grateful for it, too.

Woohoo! Damn, that's a gorgeous baby.
Oh flea, she's such a little toddler now! And she's still just as adorable as when she was a baby (and probably about 100 times more fun, if Franny is anything to go by).
I love the one of her in her pink scarf. She looks like a budding diva, yet a sweetheart at the same time.
I'm on an internet break. I am now going to force myself to read 50 pages on idolatry of religious books in early modern England. Could be an interesting read, but if the rest of the book is anything like the intro, I am so doomed.
The things I will do for art. I'm helping the prop guys by emptying a couple of bottles of imported beer for them. So which will go better with supermarket sushi? Grolsh (from Holland) or Fischer (from France)?
When I get sushi, I tend to be a traditionalist, and have Kirin Ichiban.
