Humidify, saline, vaseline, benadryl and take a nap!

Danger is my middle name, only I spell it R. u. t. h. - Tina Belcher.

Alas, I have no benadryl, but thanks for the suggestions.

I don't really have bad allergies, I just am beset by winter, so all but the benedryl are necessities right now. The benadryl I just use to combat insomnia.

I just lurve having a shiney vaseline nose this time of year.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Nap anyway.

I don't know who sold my name to Sports Club/LA, but damned skippy I'm going to use the week's free membership.

Good news! I found som benadryl and have taken it. How long before it starts working? Taking a nap right now would be kind of a waste of time because I'll be going to bed in an hour or so.

Besides, I'd miss some of Sci-Fi Friday. BG is on right now.

So someone volunteered you a free week or something?

(I can't load. Dialup)

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

The vaseline is good for both the inside and outside of the nose. On the skin to soothe it. It also works to coat and soothe the mucus membranes on the inside of the nose. It really helps when mine get dry and irritated.

quester, you'll probably be ready for bed in the hour, so no worries.

Benadryl knocks me out within an hour, except when my funky body decides to use it as a stimulant.

I don't know how I ended up on a marketing list for a sports club with valet parking (and no windows to the street), but whee! I've been wondering about the inside of it forever.

Sadly, my normal gym doesn't have room to swing a catskipping rope, and you're not allowed to kick the heavy bags. Never mind a pool or hot tub. So I'll let this gym I totally can't afford pitch me and woo me, for one week's access to niceness.

Oooh, pool. A gym opened up near me (as in, I can walk there in 2 minutes) and I've been toying with joining because I'm sick of the shape I'm in, but am lazy. But they don't have a pool, which used to be my main source of exercise. So I'd have to *gasp* learn new things. And deal with talky meat. Swimming kind of precluded that.
