Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

The town of West Greenwich, which is the sticks, is still green-wich among the people who grew up there, but it's slowly dying out.

That's kind of sad.

ION, I just sent out an evite for which the time and location may yet change. But we're trying to get 10 people together for dinner as a birthday surprise! I've got to know who can come. Man, I hate group planning.

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

That's kind of sad.

I blame the media.

Of course, there's still a bunch of different pronunciations for Warwick - Wahwick, Wawwick, Wa'rk...

Hee. I was going to give you crap about the apparent response. But you edited.

Just think, it will soon be over, Jesse!

Yeah, sara, you and your friends are SAD!!!!

Of course, I'm a little sad about my personal lack of regional accent, but I know that's kind of ridiculous.

Now I'm all paranoid that I screwed something up on the evite. I don't mind being in charge of my own stuff, but this is a group of people I am not 100% comfortable with.

Well, our ability to lose touch for 6 years (one of them) is kinda pathetic, I'll grant you that.

Nah, I have the same kind of friends -- it doesn't matter how long we go without contact.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Of course, there's still a bunch of different pronunciations for Warwick - Wahwick, Wawwick, Wa'rk...

I was told that it was WAR-ick (from a tour guide at Warwick Castle, but that might just be a British thing).

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

I was told that it was WAR-ick (from a tour guide at Warwick Castle, but that might just be a British thing).

Yabbut, Wawwick RI is in a state where the letter R is outlawed, in spite of being the only state that starts with it....

Sometimes I think I might just move up to Vermont, open a bookstore or a vegan restaurant. Adam Schlesinger, z''l

On the "clapboard" thing from a while back, I've heard it pronounced as both "clap-board" (from most people) and as "clabb'd" (in New England). I can't remember ever hearing "clabberd."
