Every planet has its own weird customs. About a year before we met, I spent six weeks on a moon where the principal form of recreation was juggling geese. My hand to God. Baby geese. Goslings. They were juggled.

I can't even.

It was so much easier being in tune with b.org when I was on Mountain time at Christmas. Of course, I was on vacation and getting up late enough to miss the first half-day's posting every day, but that was another problem.

The status is NOT quo.

What is this "sleep" thing you are implying?

Apart from sports, "my secret favorite thing on earth is ketchup. I will put ketchup on anything. But it has to be Heinz." - my husband, Michael Vartan

I'm sure some of them are, Alibelle. As is IHOP.

I have a Denny's nearby, next to the Starbucks, actually, and I think it's open 24 hours, too.

But I broke down and made corn dogs instead.

Our wings are not tired

In Burbank it's all about Bob's. Though the Coral cafe is good too.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

In MI, I discovered, they are not "Bob's". It's just "Big Boy".

Denny's is the traditional in Evansville, although IHOP is an option, though it's a longer drive.

Nana korobi, ya oki. (Fall down seven times, stand up eight.) ~Yuzuru Hanyu/Japanese proverb

None of our Starbucks are all nighters, woe to me. I could so go for coffee right now. The weekend is the only time I feel alive because I can stay up til 2am and feel normal. It's hell forcing myself to go to bed at 11 or earlier. I miss school, too. I worked nights until 10 or 12 and would stay up until 4 to play on the computer. It was perfect for me.

Or even, THE Big Boy.

The weekend is the only time I feel alive because I can stay up til 2am and feel normal.

Word. Although I stay up late on work nights too.

Gary and I were just discussing the fact that we east-coasters outlast you left coast night-shifters. You get to midnight and start yawning, and we're all- "Hey--we don't even get to TALK to you until 2!!"

Vive la EST!

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Oh, I am full.

East Bayers should consider Soizic in Jack London Square for any fancy dinners. Cool decor, great food, and we had a very nice French waiter. Yum.

Course, it helps if someone else buys dinner. *g*

I'm in school right now and it's great!

Well, except for the cramps I have in my back, from spending seven hours in the art room finishing up my ceramics project. It's a ten-inch high trophy wife, and the witch kept losing her head. It fell off FIVE TIMES. But I love school, and wish I could stay in it forever. And while I'm wishing, I wish the neighborhood around me would transform itself into a pretty, safe place as well. Oh! And that I could be rich. And that I had a license.

That should do for now. I really have very simple needs.
