Alan Tudyk has a new series. . . and Andrew Lincoln. I guess this means that Afterlife is done.
Tudyk will play Charlie, a slick, gregarious lawyer who wants to make it to the top and will work all the angles to get there. Lincoln will play Joe, a soulful lawyer who has a true sense of justice and a hidden past.
Together, they fight crime.

Yep it is a chance, but in no way a sure thing. It may never see the light of day (like the vast majority of all pilots).
I'm afraid it sounds a bit too derivative to me, however, the networks also seem to be a fan of derivative.
